The care that went into packaging, and the little extras really make this a standout purchase. I got this as a treat for myself, but it would be an absolutely lovely gift. I would probably order a half inch larger in the future, but that's just due to my measuring issue (I think I measured a little too tightly). This bracelet is absolutely gorgeous.

its a pretty bracelet. i've used it for 3 nites now & it does help me to feel more relaxed. at times the insomnia is bad so expecting it to put me to & stay asleep probably is expecting too much. i did pair it with a homepathy sleep aid last nite & felt it helped me get a more restorative sleep. stopped working altogether after a couple nites, not doing anything different.
