Processing Times
Each piece is prepared with care before shipment. Processing times may vary by item and are shown on the individual product listing. Please review the estimated processing time before placing your order.

Shipping Carrier
Orders are shipped through USPS unless otherwise noted.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and selected shipping method. Any free-shipping promotions or discount codes will be applied according to the terms of that offer.

Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times begin once your order has shipped and are separate from processing time. USPS delays may occasionally occur and are outside of my control.

Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when tracking is available.

Incorrect shipping Address
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact me as soon as possible. If your order has already shipped, I cannot guarantee that the address can be changed or the package recovered.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If tracking shows unusual delays or your package appears to be lost, please contact me so I can help determine the next steps with USPS.

Returned Packages
Orders returned to me because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, or failed delivery may require additional shipping charges before they can be sent again.
